Refund Policy

At Cute Cub, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Items must have tags intact and show no signs of wear or wash.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Underwear or items marked "final sale"

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Submit your request with proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

  • Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If rejected (due to wear, damage, or policy violations), no refund will be issued.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or credit account.

  • Contact your payment provider.

  • If you still have concerns, reach out through the support form on our website.

6. Exchanges

If you received a wrong or defective item, we’re happy to send a replacement. Exchanges are only offered for the same item originally ordered.
